Born in Hong Kong and received her education in New Zealand, Penney Pang – the co-founder, had a career as a Chartered Accountant in Australia and Hong Kong at multi-national firms which most people would dream of.
However, from 2008, Penney decided to attend various bakery and sugar craft courses in Hong Kong, United Kingdom and Australia to embark on her journey of handcrafting wedding cakes and has never looked back.
