working out portion sizes

hi all ive been asked to do a 3 tier suitcase wedding cake but im having trouble working out what size rectangle cakes to use to feed 150 people she wants bottom fruit and 2 sponge .
as i cant seem to find a portion thingy for rectangle cakes x thank you xx
