Hi

I’m looking to purchase a high quality sugarpaste for a wedding cake and want a professional look. Massa I know is an excellent brand going by reviews but pricey. Trying to decide between Couture by cake stuff or Beau.

I’d be grateful for any advice.

Hi Valentina

I use Carmas Massa Ticino and will not be changing over any time soon. It’s the best I have used to date. The price works out more than favourably because less is used. The paste rolls are much thinner so immediately there’s a saving and the additional bonus of flawless covering!
