Does anybody know what brand of chocolate drops does Paul use for his ganache.

That’s exactly what I do. I often recommend the Lidle brand (Finn Carre) in my chocolate blogs. So far there has only been good feed back from other members. It’s excellent value at 39 pence for 100g.

Yes, he uses belcolade, think I’ve spelt it correctly 🙂

I use Lidl’s chocolate both milk and white and its great but I use Callebaut if I’m tempering chocolate
