Paul preferred modelling chocolate is Squire’s Kitchen brand. It can be purchase directly from Squires’s kitchen online shop or from other online cake decorating stores.

I have checked squires kitchen I can find modelling chocolate, however where do I find modelling chocolate for flowers ? What is difference please and will normal modelling choc work for teddy bear wrap as paul has both in ingredients list . Thanks

There appears to have been a slight wording error on the ingredients list. As far as I can see, Paul did not make flowers, he made coloured hearts. All the modelling chocolate is white. 1k of it is dedicated for making the colours, the 2k remains white and is for the wrap. There is no difference when using modelling chocolate, it doesnot come in different grades of quality, however it does come in white, milk chocolate and dark chocolate. I hope that’s more clear.
