Snowflake Cake
Hi
I wonder if anyone knows of a recipe for the Wilton snowflake cake please? I found a yellow cake recipe on the Wilton website but I’d like to do a chocolate brownie recipe or a rich chocolate cake recipe but not sure how much mixture to make for this tin. Given it’s shape it’s difficult to calculate. Any help would be fantastic thanks. xx

The snowflake tin is 12″ across at it’s widest point which is the measurement to use plus the depth. Any recipe can then be scaled using the site calculator here: https://www.cakeflix.com/cake-calculators-to-make-your-life-easier
You can use your favourite brownie recipe. If you have a little batter over, make a few cupcakes! xx
