Paul’s chocolate cake

I would like to make a 7” round 3” deep chocolate cake but the conversion is saying I should use 2.9 eggs. Can someone explain this to me as I don’t understand.
Kind regards, Diana

Hi Diana

Measure which is above .5 is rounded up to a whole number. So 2.9 eggs = 3 eggs.

If you need further explanation, please post again but I hope this helps. 🙂
