Can I just confirm that both the 6 and 9 inch take two hours in the oven? If 6 inch is on the bottom and 9 inch on top? In the video Paul seems to put both in together and remove at the same time. Thanks!

Paul does put both the cakes in at the same time. He puts the large one at the top and the smaller one at the bottom. He bakes at 150c in a non fan oven. If your oven does have a fan, the temperature will need adjusting down by approx 20 degrees. Both cakes bake at the given time, the smaller one is on the lower shelf which prevents it from over baking.
