How many days ahead am I able to make this cake to keep it’s freshness

Hi Makia

The moist chocolate cake freezes really well so you can make it up when you want. It will keep fresh for approx 3 months in the freezer and approximately 7 days from baking to eating. Some members have rated it longer but I would go along with between 5 – 7 days depending how it is stored.
