We use the Vimeo video player to broadcast our tutorials. However, for reasons beyond our knowledge or control Vimeo is banned in some countries and the country has put a block on the videos being shown. There isn’t a definitive list as it changes, but please contact our support team as mentioned above so we can check out your IP address and whether any country restrictions are in place.
