Please give me an idea how long to come to room temperature or any advice please many thanks neil

Hi Neil

Are the cakes frozen or chilled? If they are frozen, bring them to room temperature the day before required. If chilled from the fridge, a few hours would be enough in a warm room such as the kitchen or dining room. Keep the cakes covered in cake boxes to protect them from dust and other normal debris which may be in any home.
