Missing tutorial

I can see several references to Pauls Minion character cake on the q&a pages but can’t seem to find the actual tutorial!!
Can you direct me to it please?

I have a question
Can you put small flowers directly on buttercream with no toothpicks or wires?
Should the cakes be refrigerated or room temp? Will they melt if completely dried?

Hi pbolduc1961

Not sure when you posted your question, apologies for the delayed reply.

Edible flowers and sugar flowers which have no picks or any wires can be stuck directly onto buttercream cakes. If the flowers are modelled from fondant or modelling paste, brush the back of them with some melted white chocolate and dry them before mounting. This will make grease proof barrier between the cake and the flower and stop any moisture from spoiling your work. 🙂

Ps. Might be easier to stick them on room temperature cake and the refrigerated
