Once you have coloured fondant and have some left from either covering a cake or making toppers and have it in a sealed bag, how long it it still ok to use. Is it still by the date on the fondant packet or is it shorter because you have coloured it.

Colouring fondant does not affect it’s oringinal expiry date. Wrap it up very well so it doesn’t go hard.
