Thank you for your reply most helpful and I made some lovely sponges yesterday. Planning to make more today although looking at the converter on this site, it gives me different amounts than the cake o meter for a 9″ round cake. I used amounts from cake o meter yesterday which said 446g flour etc and 8 eggs and other one suggests 535g and 9.5 eggs! Any advice which is correct? Many thanks Maria
