When Paul uses a 10″ round cake what is the depth of the cake. I am making the Scottie Dog and need 2 x 10″ rounds but note sure how deep each cake is. Many thanks

The cakes in the tutorial are 3″ deep. By the time you carve and stack all the pieces you should get the height you need. If you do want a deeper cake and need to super size a recipe please use the online calculator here:
