In Paul's fantastic Ruffle Rose Wedding Cake tutorial, you will learn how to create an elegant ruffled wedding cake, finished with beautiful sugar roses. Paul provides plenty of  tips so that you can perfectly stack this three tier cake, achieve a perfectly smooth finish with sugarpaste and create sugar ruffles and roses. The colour of the roses and ruffles can be easily adapted, as can other elements of the cake. This design is suited for intermediate level cake decorators and will take approximately five hours to create.
