This design includes the first use of a carved rich fruit cake on the Online Courses and also shows the difference using the airbrush can make over painting or using coloured sugarpaste.
While out looking at the villa in Malaga the owner knew Paul made cakes and when he was showing his outside pond which was rich in his prized goldfish he said that he didn't want any ending up as 'fish cakes'.
Finding out that his birthday was coming up Paul took the opportunity to create the Goldfish cake.
You can use paints or coloured sugarpaste, but this design is especially suited to the way the airbrush can merge colours to great effect.
