It’s a great cake to start with as you will engage in a number of techniques used by cake decorators time after time like covering the cake, covering the board, stacking cakes, making easy decorations and applying the all important finishing touches.

The cake is broken down into 7 Lessons ranging from 3 mins to 18 mins. It is assumed that by the time you watch this video that you will be able to layer a cake with ganache.
