Made with a spiced ginger cake with coffee, cinnamon & Madagascan vanilla bean whipped buttercream layers, Belgian chocolate ganache and a ginger crunch. Jo Richardson made this supremely realistic SuperDry hat. bobble .. YUMMY

We absolutely love this woodland Birthday cake. Made by Pro member Magdelena Kamila Kaminska (I hope I’ve spelt that correctly?) the intricacy of this design is simply spectacular.
