This weekend marks the height of celebrations to mark Queen Elizabeth II’s 60 years as monarch. With many street parties planned, no party would be complete without jubilee cupcakes on the table. Here Paul creates a very simple and effective cupcake design which would be a patriotic addition to any celebration. It’s a simple red, white and blue rose on top of the regally covered cupcake.
The same design would work equally well for 4th July celebrations for our USA members.
