I cannot get past the tutorial for the above cake. I have followed the instructions to the letter and still cannot get to view the Lessons

I’ve just checked that tutorial and all the lessons are working all the way through. Please make sure that your are logged in otherwise you will only be able to view the overview. More help and instructions can be found here:

I tried all that and still cant get into the lessons. I have tried ito see the lessons on the computer at work and it still does not work.

In that case I think it is best to contact help and support team. You can either use the forms in the above links or click on the help tab at the right hand corner of this page.
It’s quite peculiar that the lessons are playing fine for me. This suggests the problem may be linked to your account. As you know the site has been experiencing a few hiccup and this may be one of them.
I hope your problem is soon resolved.
