Hi I would like to make my first attempt at making cartoon characters for children’s themed cakes … I bought some fondant and was told to add tylo powder to it in order to make the figurines … Do I just use the normal fondant that I use to cover my cakes or Something different ….????plz help

I would just use your usual fondant that you buy to cover cakes .You can add tylo powder to make your models dry harder .If the models are quite small you could you just fondant giving them a few days to dry. I have done this very successfully .
