Welcome to the Cake Decorators Q&A

Tank cake

0

Hi

I have been asked to make a cake in the shape of a tank, has anybody got any advise how to construct it.  Another tricky element is that they want a plain vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream. It would have been easier to carve with chocolate and ganache.

Any advise much appreciated
