How long can a finished cake be refrigerated before being served?

Hiya if it has sugarpaste on it dont put it in the fridge I put mine in its box in a cool room and I normally finish mine on a thursday for a saturday delivery ive had no complaints, once a cake is covered it can keep ok for several days hope that helps happy baking 🙂
