Hi what is the best colouring agents to add to chocolate. I understand they have to be oil base therefore what are the best brands to use please.

AmeriColor do a good range, see them at the cake deorating company

Other place to try would be Squire’s Kitchen, Chocolate Trading Company, MakeBake, and other online suppliers. and Amazon. There are some colours which are not permitted for consumption. In the Americolour brand I think it’s electric pink and electric blue. All the information is available at the cake decorating company.
I mix petal dusts with melted coco butter and add to melted chocolate. I think Anne Reardon of ‘How to Cook’ that has a tutorial in youtube which might be worth a peek.
