Why do you have to pay for tutorials when you pay for annual subscription but cannot keep any of these tutorials

The annual or monthly subscriptions is for viewing tutorials via live streaming only.
They are not downloadable and can’t be kept. It can be likened to netflix, while your subscription is live you can watch the tutorials 24/7 for as many times as you wish.
