Paul’s Chocolate cake

I love Paul’s chocolate cake, does anyone know if I used white chocolate instead of milk if the cake would still Turn out just as good

I did try it with white chocolate and it was a disaster, I haven’t tried since. Site members recommend the Planet cake white chocolate mud cake recipe. See comments here:

I noticed the recipe gives baking temperature as 160c, that would be for a conventional oven not fan forced. If you are baking in a fan forced oven the temperature would need to be adjusted down by approximately 20 degrees or whatever your appliance manual recommends.
