hello! I am trying to make a 10″ square mrs jones sponge cake but only have 8 eggs I this possible?
how long will I need to bake for if using two tins and what temp in a gas oven thankyou!!

It’s not possible, not if you want a decent sized cake. A 10″ square recipe would require 20% more ingredients.
