My registration still doesn’t work.

Hello:
I purchased the monthly payment plan over a week ago and still don’t have access. I made a inquiry to PayPal and got an answer that it would work from the school. It still doesn’t work! Please help. There are several tutorials I am trying to watch.

Have you signed in with your user name and password?
If you are still having problems us the Get in Touch tab at the top of the page, they are usually very good at getting back to you within 24 hours.
I hope you enjoy the tutorials, they are great and you can learn lots.

Yes, Jackie, I have signed in with user name and password.
I also sent an inquiry using the contact form and even though they say they get back to you within 12 hours, I never heard anything from anyone.

Hi Sharon,

I’ve just looked at your issue with access and it does indeed seem there was a problem during the signup causing your account to have the incorrect access level.

I’ve just altered your access level to the correct one and you should now have access to all of the courses – I’ll also send you an email confirming this.

Yes! It does indeed work now! Thank you so much! I think the whole problem started because I clicked on the wrong area to make my purchase. I should have used the US button and I didn’t realize there was one until I started to have problems.
