What fondant do you use when modelling figures

Paul uses mainly Renshaw’s Brand but he has also been using Carmas Massa quite a lot . It is really individual preference which you use. Some sugapastes are very soft and need help setting up. In this case a little strengthening gum such as tylose, CMC or gum tragacanth powder is required to help dry the paste so figures/flowers hold their shape.
