i am doing a 3 tier cake but when i have iced the middle cake it isnt level. can i rescue this

Is it a slope or a bulge? If it’s a gentle slope you can raise that side slightly by placing some icing sugar under the board so it all levels off. Let it settle down for about an hour and check the level again. You may need to check the level of the top cake as well in case it’s been disturbed. If it’s a bulge it will need to be re iced, sorry!
