How long can I keep royal icing.


Hi folks…just made up a small batch of royal icing for a decorating experiment…so far so good!…too much left to grow away…how long is it safe to keep and where?….I made it from a box and added water. Cheers x

Thanks for the link Mish – i’ve got some left over too and was wondering what to do with it. Not enough for another cake, but again too much to throw away!
