Hi Paul and the team,
I am Vijeta from India. I have an order for a birthday party of a friend and I want to know how to freeze cakes? Is it good to freeze them? Do we thaw them till they reach room temperature? When do frost frozen cakes?

All this because I will not be having much time in hand to bake and frost.
