Frangipani

Hi Paul,
Leigh from Australia here,
Not a question for you, thought I would answer your question about how to pronounce Frangipani,
G is pronounced as a J, and we do pronounce the i at the end as e.
Love watching your courses,
I started cake decorating again, after about 30 years absence, had only ever done traditional fruit cakes and had no idea how to Ganache a cake.
Your free step by step course online, is fantastic for someone who has never used Ganache before, I had been attending some classes at home, and advised other beginners to find your course online, if they are having trouble with their Ganache.
Thank you so much for you help.
