I’ve made a Victoria sponge cake , I have also made the chocolate ganache to crumb coat in prep for the fondant, the customer would like jam for the filling. My question is will raspberry jam go with milk chocolate ganache

It will definitely go. Milk chocolate ganache can be on the sweet side. The tart raspberry jam will cut through the sweetness and make a complimentary partner. If you’re not sure, spread a little jam and ganache together on a piece of bread or toast and try it for yourself. Hope this helps, Oooo yummy! x
