Filling and crumb coat

I need to fill and crumb coat a three tiered cake tomorrow morning, can I make the buttercream ahead of time?
I also would like to make the cream cheese filling ahead of time, is that possibles?

Buttercream filling can be made and kept in the fridge for up to a month or frozen for approximately three months. Please also browse comments in the following threads:

There are different thoughts about cream cheese frosting. However to err on the side of safety it should really be made up freshly or a couple of days in advance and kept refrigerated until required. There are many blog posts online which discuss cream chesse frostings which may help you make an informed discision.
