In Australia the equivlent/better to Everclear is Decorators Rose spirit which you can find in your country’s online decorating stores such as this:

I expect the reason why you are unable to find an overseas supplier is because Everclear is an American liquer. If you have access to off licenses or liquers stores they will stock 95% Polish spirit which an extremely high strength vodka similar to Eveclear. Another name for this typle of alcohol is rectified liquer. This is a consumable but should not be drunk neat as it has caused several deaths.
If you google any of the names I have mentioned you will be able to see how it is used in the drinks industry when making cocktails.
