Hi, have just done a Lactose free Christmas cake, used PURE sunflower spread instead of butter and left the recipe the same. Really good result, didn’t seem any different. Also have used ASDA’s own gluten free flour before for Gluten intolerance and that seems good as well. Hope this helps. :-))
