Best Cakes for Layering
Hi there,
I am going to be making a two-tiered cake for my nana for her 70th birthday. Her favourite cake is Victoria Sponge. Will this be versatile enough for stacking and tiering? If not can you please recommend a nice vanilla cake recipe I could use instead? She cannot have any nuts or dried fruits etc. and does not like chocolate cake…
Any advise would be greatly appreciated. 🙂
