Amount of self raising and plain flour for chocolate cake
I just want to confirm,in Paul’s video of moist chocolate cake the amount of self raising and plain flour is 187g but in the list it says 190g.Which one is correct?Does it matter which one to follow?Thanks.

The list is correct, the recipe was slightly revised after the video had been made. As you can see there is very little difference in the amounts. I would suggest that you follow the revised list.
