50/50 modeling chocolate and gumpaste how long does it take to dry and does it go hard I’m trying to make a loopy bow, but the loops aren’t staying full there collapsing xx

As with all things sugar, it depends on the weather. If it’s cold where you are, the paste should begin to dry off in an hour or so. The bow loops will still need supporting with bunched up paper towels or something similar until they can keep their shape. without collapsing. Add a more modelling chocolate if it’s taking too long. x
