Hello BBieber

This is David portion guide http://www.cakeflix.com/blog/how-to-decide-on-the-cake-portions
According to the guide you will require 4 square cakes measuring 10 x 10 inch with each portion measuring 2 x 1″ x 3″ deep. This depends on how big a portion you want to serve. If you want your portions to be bigger you will need more cakes. You also have the option of making sheet cakes, for which there are many recipes online.

Hope this helps.
