Hi

This will be my second cake I have ever made. I’m using Paul’s choclate cake and Jane hornbys lemon cake as part of my two. tier cake .

I can use the reckoner to scale the cakes to the appropriate sizes, BUT 🙂 I was wondering if there is also a table with regards the cake baking times?

Hello Paul

As you know all timing are only guides and all ovens bake differently. All you can do is baby sit the cakes and jot down the done time for future bakes. I know it’s a nuisance but it will give the best result.
