930am - 945am - Introductions, food hygiene, health and safety
945am - 1030am - Prepare the hearts, stars and balls
1030 - 12am Levelling, shaping and covering the cake
12am - 1pm - Buffet lunch with Paul
1pm - 130pm - Icing the board then transferring cake onto iced board
130pm - 215pm - Create the pastillage bow
215pm - 345pm - Bring the cake together
345pm - 4pm - coffee break
4pm - 445pm - Finishing magical touches
445pm - 5pm - Wipe down and group picture
