Introduction Course - Round Bow

9.30 - 5 pm

 

The price includes lunch, use of equipment with the finished cake to take home to show off to your friends.

 

What you will learn: 

  

•      Sugarpaste covering techniques 

•      Secrets to achieve a smooth finish 

•      Sugarpaste features 

•      Creating pastillage hearts and stars

•      Creating the sugarpaste bow

•      The all important finishing touches 

    

Introduction Course - Round Bow

   

930am - 945am - Introductions, food hygiene, health and safety 

  

945am - 1030am - Prepare the hearts, stars and balls

 

1030 - 12am Levelling, shaping and covering the cake 

    

12am - 1pm - Buffet lunch with Paul 

  

1pm - 130pm - Icing the board then transferring cake onto iced board  

  

130pm - 215pm - Create the pastillage bow

  

215pm - 345pm - Bring the cake together

  

345pm - 4pm - coffee break 

  

4pm - 445pm - Finishing magical touches 

  

445pm - 5pm - Wipe down and group picture
