Chocolate Wrap Cake Decorating Course

£115 + vat  this includes all materials, lunch and the cake to take home to show off to you friends.

Note that the cake will be smaller than the one illustrated which was made for the two day course.

The course will run from 9.30 - 5pm.

• Rolling cocoa form
• Tempering chocolate
• Stacking a tiered cake
• Creating chocolate fans
• Using non-edible decoration to maximum effect
