His cake decorating courses are designed to ensure that the cakes you make are commercially viable and with practice easily and quickly replicable. All courses are held at the studio in Kenmore, Perthshire. Please note that bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Having made cakes for the Queen, Prince Charles and Prince Albert of Monaco, running a cake business with 7 outlets and 35 staff Paul also has plenty of very useful anecdotes well worth hearing.
