Cupcake Courses
Adding to our list of cake decorating courses we are now including cupcake courses in our 2010 programme. Since we started selling cupcakes online-and a more adventurous selection from the shop we have been inundated with requests to run cupcake courses.
The problem was that Paul was already booked out for every weekend for the first half of 2010. However we have secured an arrangement to run additional courses at the function suit of Beecraigs Country Park-which allow cupcake courses for the first time.
We are also going to be running a five day intensive course where novices arriving on a Monday will leave with the skills to create many novelty and wedding cake designs by the Friday. Details of this will follow shortly.
